American Atheists – 2014 National Convention

SALT LAKE CITY, UT

The 2014 American Atheists National Convention will be held April 17-20 at the Hilton Salt Lake Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

For our 40th Annual National Convention, we are thrilled to announce our keynote speaker: professional football player Chris Kluwe.

Chris is the author of the new book Beautifully Unique Sparkleponies: On Myths, Morons, Free Speech, Football, and Assorted Absurdities. Chris is an outspoken advocate for LGBT equality, free speech, and other social issues who also happens to be one of the best punters in the NFL.

In addition, American Atheists is pleased to welcome special guests Denise Stapley, winner of Survivor: Philippines, and Mark White, bass guitarist for the rock band Spin Doctors. Denise lives and works in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and is the state’s only certified sex therapist. When Mark isn’t playing with the Spin Doctors, he teaches and gigs with other bands.

Registration for the 2014 National Convention is now open! Register today!

Does anyone want to go? I’d be willing to if we can get a decent group together.
